can't login on the soft version

I created mine account today, I have no problem logging in on the website but everytime I do so on the byond app, i have an "invalid login" message

If your password contains any accented characters I would advise changing it.

So without telling me your password (BYOND staff will never ask for that, BTW), can you confirm it currently has nothing besides regular English letters, numbers, and punctuation?
