base recreation critque

oks o i made a fusion mod from a base icon i found and managed to merge it into a new smaller base but i dunno i think it needs work can someone tell me what might be done to improve it or maybe fix it if they could

It looks like some of this has been direct copy-and pasted, and shrunken down a bit. The pecs look like the size of breasts, and the arms are extremely muscular. Try to work on it.

No offense but that looks even worst and disproportional.
Also, did you got the permission of whoever made it to edit or use it?
