Members/Hub Feature

I'm not too sure if there's a method to do this already...

I want to be able to access the hub of a BYOND Member, even if that Member disabled the libraries/demos/games panels in their Members Site.

Searching for that person through "People" just takes me to their members site.

Well, naturally just pushing their key to the hub search works well enough.
