Why is there only a Christmas theme, but no a Hanukkah theme?
When I first developed the holiday code I tried to work that in, but I could find no ready-made algorithm for computing the Hebrew calendar. By contrast the most complex floating holiday, Easter, has a number of algorithms available.
To clarify how our holiday code works, it first checks for holidays that fall on specific dates, and then it goes to the ones that are slightly more complicated, then finally it calculates Easter. Presently the code supports more holidays than we actually have themes for.
