The BYOND login page states that my account (my other, main account) is inactive. I can't reset it via email (as that page suggests) because I don't have access to the email that is registered to and was used to create that account. But I do remember my password.

Could you please reinstate my account, so I can login?

I sent an email to [email protected] a few days ago but didn't receive any reply.
Also, why do you deactivate accounts in the first place?
Well, support is apparently even more inactive than my account.
