This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:

The viewport is chunky and stuttery when playing from a client that is connected to a server (even via localhost) rather than from the DS client that is hosting the game.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

1. Host a game directly from dreamseeker
2. Connect to it with a guest account via localhost
3. Move around in both clients, compare the difference

Expected Results:

Latency aside the viewport should render just as smoothly.

Actual Results:

It instead renders very choppily, feels more like client side framerate issues than latency issues.
