I have an old inactive account by the name of "PilonidalCyst". I know the password, but it won't let me login because it is inactive. Unfortunately I don't remember which email I've used for it. I was wondering if there is something that could be done about it.
Yep, but it might take a short while.

Send an e-mail with all relevant information you would use to access the account to [email protected] and ask that the account's parent e-mail be changed to an e-mail you *do* control, or simply ask that it be activated for you.

Support requests like these are taking a bit long lately, typically a couple weeks, so I wouldn't expect this to be resolved overnight.

I've done as you said, but it's been "a short while" and no email still received. Do I really have to suffer through this red tape to get my old account back?
