Descriptive Problem Summary:
Clicks are not registered in the center of the 2k monitors. The bug occurs on different SS13 servers, builds and byond versions (513-514). Open or closed programs do not affect the problem.

Everything works fine on fullHD monitors

This is probably not a BYOND bug. There was a recent report on this and it turned out to be a Windows issue that was fixed in a subsequent update. However you can try disabling high DPI scaling in the display settings to see if it fixes the issue.
