Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.
A nice complement to view() would be the ability to check if one atom would be returned form the view() of another without having to do all the legwork to generate the view() list of every source atom.

Optional bonus: add the ability to modify sight flags of the existing view()/oview() functions from the mob's default.

Can be done with softcode and with more control, sight flags/arguments for view/oview/range/orange would be pretty cool tho.
