Im trying to make an obj appear next to the mob when he turns to the west, but when he turns back to the north i want this obj to disappear, lets say like and overlay hair

ex. lets sya like an overlay hair when the mob turns to the west the hair changes to 3 random hair styles but when he turns back to the north it changes back to his normal hair overlay.(i know this sounds stupid but i need it for something.)
