Well, I've seen a huge number of posts about this case already, but no method has helped me. I've deleted registry entries, reinstalled Byond, changed user in Windows, tried connecting via mobile internet (connected phone to computer as a router), tried installing Byond on PC (now sitting from laptop) - nothing helped, nothing works.
Um, deleting registry entries is not one of the recommended solutions, so I have no idea where you got that.

Well, so that a clean Byond installation can be carried out. Anyway, I've run out of ideas and don't know how to fix it. What else can help?
Most likely he saw me about the registry, maybe reinstalling some drivers will help you
