Is there a way to kinkda mask my IP so that it shows up like I am using the internet from europe?

They make programs to do that. My friend has one.

My friend used bittorent so you could try that or you could try using google.....
But I'm not sure I don't own one personally.

No, a program won't do that. A proxy will do that. There are some programs that exist to help you with a proxy, but you still need to set up a proxy.

To Clarify:
My friend has an icon in his system try that he right clicks on and selects his apparent location. As far as setting up a proxy goes it must do that for you. Although I'm not sure I don't have the program my friend does.

Google proxy lists, and copy the IPs into your internet options...
