I've been trying to open Byond, but it will not open and will instead give me an error message saying:
"The code execution cannot proceed because Npi-ms-win-[some odd characters go here, I am unsure what they are]api-ms-win-core-memory-|1-1-0.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

So far I've tried-
*Reinstalling
*Running as administrator
*Updating Byond
*Deleting all Byond related files, then attempting to run the downloaded exe file from this website

I'm quite stuck at this point. Whenever I run the installer (514.1589_byond.exe) it comes up with the same error.

If anyone has a solution to this, I'd greatly appreciate the help!
