BYOND Version:514
Operating System:Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Web Browser:Firefox 113.0
Applies to:Dream Maker
Status: Open

Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
Dream Maker "remembers" its window position and returns to it when reopened, however it even does this when the position is on a now disconnected monitor.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Connect second monitor
2. Set to "extend" if not already
3. Open Dream Maker
4. Move Dream Maker window to second monitor
5. Close Window
6. Disconnect second monitor
7. Open Dream Maker

Expected Results:
Dream Maker opens on primary (or any other still connected) monitor.

Actual Results:
Dream Maker opens on disconnected monitor, making interaction with it impossible.

Does the problem occur:
Every time

When does the problem NOT occur?
When you don't have or disconnect secondary displays, I guess.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)
Do I really have to do that?

Workarounds:
Connect the display, move Dream Maker to other display. You can now safely disconnect the secondary display.
Using Alt + Space and then Move somehow doesn't work. What kind of heresy did you do?
What you listed under Workarounds doesn't work as a workaround so it belongs in a different section.

The workaround for this is to remove the window-pos line in cfg/maker.txt (while Dream Maker is closed) under your BYOND data directory.
