This is a request for a MOTD function for a host to be able to type a short (50-100 characters?) message that everyone receives upon entering the server in their chat. This is meant (for me anyways) to put up daily tips or warnings against poor behavior.

I think it's a fair request. The only problem I have with the idea is hosts writing negative comments, detracting players. However, I have written down a few solutions that I believe could resolve this.

While I don't host as much as I used to, this would be a nice feature to have, if only just to see what Joram would put up :)
