i dont know what the stuff above means but well whenever i try to go on anothers game that sombody made the dream seeker wont pop up and when i look at my pager it says byond central is not accesable

The build number is the version of BYOND you are running. The Game Hub/Link is the game or link you're trying to connect to with BYOND. Firewalls and routers are things you should learn about.
