Is copyright allowed for a fan game?

I wanted to know if you can make a copyright on the hub of a fangame saying that you created it, and that all rights are reserved, because Ninja Rebirth: The Perfect SOLDIER staff has a large notice at the bottom of the hub saying that their naruto game is copyrighted, yet they hve no patent and naruto is already copyrighted.

It's not allowed in that it's just impossible legally speaking, but I wouldn't worry about it. Because the copyright just can't work in that case, it's really not a problem. BYOND can't exactly police stupidity on hub entries.

Ok, because they are going around saying if they find anything related to thier game they are going to sue.

Let them. I'd like to see them pay for a lawyer and then just lose. It's just bully tactics that no-one should be particularly scared of.
