it's not quite the end of the day yet, but Manitu has sent an email that they have received my request for the new server (see previous blog post below), and will jump on it as soon as possible. i do not know if, internally, they are communicating between billing and the product/tech departments to speed up my order, or waiting for them to be told that 'yes, Mr. Pratt *has* paid up everything, so go ahead with the new server setup'.

usually they are pretty quick about it, but if they require some assurances that the money has already been sent, it may take another day or so (usually it's 3-5 days to send money anywhere, and it's only day 4 at the moment).

all i do know is that the money is sent, the order was placed, and they got the order. up to them now.
