I haven't had a look at the video, but there are really two big things you need to deal with to be a Christian:

1 - Problem of Evil.
2 - Lack of evidence.

Most believers I've run into have either never thought about the PoE, or have a horrible, crap, my-pastor-told-me-this-one theodicy for it - for example, 'free will'. And most believers I've met think that there isn't a lack of evidence for God, which is more along the 'denial' line then anything else.
