looks like 4.0 will be installed this week for certain.

*but*, i've talked with Nadrew briefly, and he says 3.5 and 4.0 can live side-by-side on the same server, as long as each account has it's own installed copy of BYOND. i'm weighing the impact of this possibility to let people choose which version of BYOND they want to run.

Now, you could make it really sexy by like, having a control panel that allows the user to swap between 3.5 and 4.0 servers as time goes on. =P

space is not really an issue since each server has atleast a 60GB harddisk, and the OS only takes up 1-2GB at best.

i am thinking heavily about it, and will decide this week.
