Ever tried distilled water (pure H2O)? It tastes really horrible (I tried it). Our body is so used to the taste of tap water (which has minerals in it) that we became accustomed to it so it tastes "tasteless"... so who is to say that something tastes like nothing when our body could have been really used to it so it tastes like nothing? >_> <_< >_> <_< | |
Distilled water tastes really pure to me, I like it way better than tap or even filtered water.

Hmm really? Well, I guess it is possible that there are people who can tolerate the taste of distilled/deionized water.

Rice has no natural flavoring, rice is very bland, to the point of it being something people throw into dishes to give it more substance because its "flavor" wont clash with that of the dish.

White rice has some flavor, just not much.
Ricers have no taste, but that's completely different from flavor. Brown rice has plenty of flavor. I'm sure you aren't talking about that. | |
