BYOND hub reports port 9001 can be reached by players.
above is the result of what i get when i try hosting but when players try to join it doesnt let them join.. it says connection..failed!!
what do i do ?
i added the port on my firewall and did port forward to..
my modem is Beetel 220BX | |
Try checking your port-forwarding settings for both your router (or modem) and firewall(s).
When you click the little yellow "Join" button in dream daemon, does it tell you "Connection Failed"? If it does, then there is certinally an issue with a firewall (If it doesn't, there is still a possibility for a firewall issue).
Also, if you check your port-forwarding settings, and your firewall settings and don't find any issues. Try testing hosting a few different games. It is possible that the game itself is clicking players off when they attempt to login!
