I have been gone for about 2 years from byond, but when I left I was waiting for Seika II to be released. What has happened with that?

when will version 24.1 be released? Im currentyl hostin v.24, not getting many players due to that fact. Anyway to become like a sunbscribed server or anything? Let me know
