Yeah, that episode was good, and interesting. I actually called the "Doctor isn't going to change" thing. The current actor is just so good at the part. He has appeal to the younger crowd and his personality matches the writing almost perfect. It will be hard for them to finally replace them, just because he plays the part so well.
