is out.
It's designed to be an easy to implement and customizable guild system to help new developers.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Updated !
Now supports ranks per player in a guild, a SetRank() procedure, which allows you to change the rank of a person in the guild.
And a SwapLeadership() procedure which allows you to swap Leadership with someone else in your guild.
