New features

* Point count selector added - choose how big your players guns should be
* Grenade launcher and underslung shotgun weapons added
* Map editor released and map list system added. If no maps are in the list, then the map will always be the default map. Add Frenetik maps to a 'Maps' folder in your Frenetik directory.

Fixes

* Say has been fixed so that text appears to everyone in the current world, and non-spawned players can speak
* The settings system has been fixed so that 'Standard' is the default game mode.
