This issue may be low priority or very difficult to fix, and has been put on the back burner for the time being.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
Bug#1: When using the icon editor if you change a color from the bottom palette(Colors in use) and hit undo, the color in the icon will change back (as expected) along with the last edit you did (drawing the icon itself).
Bug#2: There also seemed to be a problem with if you hit undo from color changing, the other icon states that use the color from the same palette won't undo, and they'll stay the color you had changed to before the undo.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Bug#1: Draw something in Byond's icon editor using customized colors (so they're added to the "Colors in use" palette). Edit the drawing in anyway. Change the color of the custom color you picked (from the "Colors in use" palette). Hit undo. Voila
Bug#2: Draw an object in one icon state using a custom color. Draw a second object in another icon state using the same color (draw a few times in the second icon state because of the first bug). Change the color that both icon states are using (in the "Colors in use" palette). Hit undo. Go back to see the other icon state. Voila

Expected Results:
Should be self explanatory, but I'll write it anyways.
Bug#1: Color changes and drawing in the icon state should each be separate actions that should undo separately.
Bug#2: Since changing the colors in the color palette change all icon states, undoing should do the same.
