So my mouse position seems to show up every time I drag a window. I cannot find out how this happened, and I don't know how to stop it. It's getting annoying, because there is one stuck in the middle of my screen (Even after restart). A Google search yielded no results. Anybody have any insight into this?

While moving a window:
I don't think that's a standard feature of W7. My guess is there's some app running the background doing that, maybe a screen capture program? Did you install anything new recently? Do you see any new processes in task manager?
Hmm...puush, CustoPacks, uh...I think that's it. I have a hunch that it's puush, since it has the capability to screencap the active window.
Never mind, figured it out. It was another program I forgot about, ActualMultipleMonitors. A program to carry over the taskbar to a second monitor. I went into the settings and found out that was the program causing it. Thanks for the help anyways though! At least you ruled out the possibility of it being W7.
