Okay, I'm guessing this is something to do with either Windows permissions or my Anti-virus.

Essentially, every time my client tries to cache something, it opens up my browser.

I've tried running as admin etc. Any idea's on what to try next?
Hi askruraboy,

Can you try upgrading or reinstalling (or, installing in general) to the latest version of Internet Explorer? BYOND uses IE for its internet browsing capabilities, and reinstalling or upgrading has correct the problem for other users in the past.

If it doesn't correct the problem, could you be more specific about what you're trying to cache and what your browser( and which browser it is) does when it opens?

When did this start occurring? has it always occurred, or did it occur when you changed or upgraded any programs that you can recall?

Good luck!
I just updated my IE to the latest, the problem persists.

It's whenever the Browse proc is used to display something, my computer tries to cache it, and then It opens it with my browser (firefox 12.0)

If I remember right it first started when I changed my OS to W7 64bit.

Thanks!
Okay it's randomly fixed itself now... I can only imagine that cleaning out firefox's presets did it!

Thanks a lot for the help though :)
