Problem description: Animation is very choppy with any version past 4.86.

So I've been stuck in the past for a while. Animation is either really laggy or very choppy with 4.9 and higher (very likely due to the new FPS var and decimal icon speed).

I'd like some help here. Before the fps and pixel movement update, I was running a world with 0.75 tick_lag and animation was very smooth. I'm wondering what would either be optimal icon animation speeds would be or what the optimal fps would be in order to make the game run smoothly again. Any help would be appreciated.

Are the delays in your icons 0.75 or 1? They go by 1/10ths of a second now, regardless of tick_lag.
It's all version 4.86, so it's solid numbers. The tick_lag was 0.75. The icons weren't running in decimals, however most of the spawn/sleep procs were going in 0.75 intervals.
