I was doing my job as a janitor and some dude trolled me and started pulling me and when I ran away some landry flashed me twice dragged me into a corner started choking my char, and then drags him to the brig after Hes dead?,

That depends on what game mode was active and what server you were on. And if it was funny or not.

It was like 1 minute into the game and he claims I resisted arrest, what could I possibly have done? I was a janitor

he probally was traitor. or asshole

but resisiting arrest is not punishable by death so that guy should be brigged for not using space law

Also depends if he was an round antagonist.

It all depends on the server you were in, the job he had, and if he was the round's antagonist. You could ask the staff about it, but I don't really have any advice for you.
