I suggest that multiple keys logged into a game from the same IP address not be counted on the hub and pager player counts, as I have experienced hosts on several occasions creating obscene amounts of keys just to log into their game and idle to raise their player counts.

It is entirely possible for other keys to be logged in via the local network and legitimately share the same IP address. computer_id might make a little difference here but even that is sometimes reasonable to be the same.
