Cool game. A lot more thought-out than a lot of the Naruto games out there that can't even spell the terms correctly or give real dialog for the NPC's.
The interface is cool, too.

nahh i found it, it's on the forum somewhere i think. under the newbie guide probly. i believe it's 9k specialty stat, 5k others, and 20 missions. if you don't get it right away, use a jutsu
