1.NO ACADEMY KILLING OR ATTACKING (Boot THEN Ban!)
2. No asking for admin or chuunin!! (chuunin is done 3 times a day.)
3.No asking for kage.
4.Do NOT tell us how to run our game(IP BAN)
5.Don't use racial or verbal abuse against players or admins(warning then ban).
6.Do not ask to be changed village to get a different kage spot in the game.

Genin:Anytime
Chuunin: 100 of each stat and lvl 15 then take test.
Jounin : Level 400
ANBU : Level 600
Akatsuki and Sound ORG. : Level 650
Sannin : Level 800
Kage : Level 1.5k
