Multiplayer

Combat
You can kill NPCs, and other players to gain levels if you're a quincy this will just train reiatsu if your any other race this will train offensive reiatsu.
Flash Step/Hirenkyaku/Sonido/Running
Using one of these will level you up, and train your stamina.
Missions
You can do Missions by talking to Aizen if you're a hollow, or Urahara if you are not, doing missions trains reiatsu.
Sparring Mode
Sparring mode will make it so you can train by attacking things while in sparring mode you cannot kill Sparring Mode trains health.
Hollow Transformations
Medium Hollow: Level 5 and 75 hollow absorbs
Strong Hollow: Level 15 and 100 hollow absorbs
Gillian Menos: Level 30 and 150 hollow abosrbs
Adjuchas Menos: Level 40 and 300 hollow abosrbs
Vasto Lorde: Hidden
Sado Arms
You start out with the first form of the right arm.
Second form of the right arm Level 50 and Find Yoruichi
Third form of the right arm and left arm Hidden
Shikai & Bankai
Shikai: Level 15
Bankai: You can get bankai 2 ways The first is obtain level 50 and find yoruichi(her location is hidden so don't tell anyone "OH I Found her she's here") the second is called natural bankai which is at level 60.
Abilities
Aside from the abilities you start with shinigami quincy hollow and sado Races all get new abilities Shinigami can get kido by talking to Yamamoto and Quincy can get their abilities by talking to Ryuuken. Hollow get their abilities as they level up and transform and it's pretty much the same for sado race
