^-Training Guide-^
Dummy train from levels 1-100,Then search for the Hollows pit and train to level 200, Then find the Strong hollow pit and train to 800 After you hit 800 your character should have his Ress/Shikai/Bankai/Arms/Final form Etc. From there go to HM and find the Menos Pit and train from there to Level 1.2k After 1.2k(Will take maybe a week or more of power training) Start training on bosses (Zaraki, Ulquiorra, Grimmjow) They can be found in SS and LN.

Answer: Ok to get to school, Go east of hosp til you find "ITOH" Written on the map, Then go to the "OH" and go down till you see XD on the map then keep going down avoiding all buildings just go around them and then you should come to an area looking like a school go west of that into a parkinglot and the Hollows are there if you see a soccerfield with some strongs in it head lower and west.
--Race Pros and Cons--
1.Quincy: Pros-Very strong at lower levels and very swift speed.
Cons-They are weaker than Sados,Shinigami,Arrancars in the higher levels considering they get no boost.
2.Shinigami: Pros- Zanpakutous give nice boost.
Cons- Some Zanpakutous give no boost and Zan choosing is Randomized.
3.Arrancars: Pros- Immune to Reiatsu
Cons- They get a terrible stat increase once becoming arrancar.
4.Inoue: Pros-Very strong at the lower levels.
Cons-Moves drain a good bit of Reiatsu and Inoues get Easily outdone by Melee races at the higher levels (i.e 500)
5.Sado: Pros Very Good attack annd defence boost, Very hard hitting Projectile attacks.
Cons-Kinda weak under level 500.
6.Bounto: Massive attack Boost.
Cons-None.
7.The Beloved Vaizards: Pros- Very large boost once becoming one.Very rare to be a Vaizard so being one is sure to bring respect.
Cons-Very Consistant mask boost(Always the same ammount of boost no matter your Stats level.)

1.Mayuri: Pros- Incredible defence boost. Stuns Enemies.
Cons-No attack boost.

Cons-Very slow speed, Can't shunpo.
4.Ikkaku: Pros-Very high attack boost.
