In Iron Grip: Lords of Atelia, you are a new warlord in the land of, you guessed it, Atelia. It is now up to you what methods you use and how you do things to overthrow the dastardly confederates. You'll be able to establish a camp near the town of Gradensvale, where you can carry out operations such as mining for coal, iron, and even gold should you be able to come upon it.
You'll be in charge of everything of your resistance force, from the individual rebel up to your second in command. Each soldier is a unique person, with you being able to do things such as change their name and upgrade their skills in things such as crafting, camoflauge, and much more! Your tools are as broad and varied as you allow, and of course your resources. But in either case, it is up to you how you decide to proceed.
With your resources, build up a formidable army and liberate the town of Gradensvale, where you'll gain major power each and every day, along with much resources. But be warned; while it is under your control, the confederates will do everything in their power to get it back. That includes everything from soldiers to Walkers, so be on your guard and make sure your forces are well prepared.
