PLAYER RULES!
1. No complaining about lag or anything in game. You can and will be hissed at for it.
2. SPAM = INSTANT HISSAT/MAYBE MUTE
3. No advertiseing any other games if Cow doesn't like them
4. NO BUG ABUSE. If you find a bug report it (and make sure I see it :O). Abuse will make me hiss at you further as there's really nothing I screw up that badly o_O
5. Don't post links to web sites. If you do, I'll world-emote "doesn't click!" and you'll say "but it's the best site ever!" and I'll say "Oh well :O"
6. Be immature and respectful to Cow AT ALL TIMES. If not I'll probably throw stuff at you with my awesome Clickwarp verb
7. Use your brain o_O
8. BE FUN. >:(

GM RULES!
1. No summoning NPCs. NPCs are objects, which are unsummonable, but still!!!!
2. No forceing any rules on players other than ones listed above. Cow makes perfect rules, and #8 pretty much covers ANY rule ANYONE can make :O
3. No using GM teleport or summon to get in Cow's areas he doesn't want you in :(
4. No banning or jailing just because someone didn't like it when you renamed them to something silly and they blew up all over you :D
5. YOU WILL DO YOUR JOB. Failure to act can and will cost you your position. GM VERBS ARE YOUR FRIEND!
6. No staffing on other byond games instead of this one. If you are unable to devote your time here let me know and I will find someone else that is. Dont make me do that because picking GMs is no fun and my self-appointed Chief-of-Staff gets bothered easilly oh noes.

Building Rules!
1. Don't build in other peoples' places :O if you think it's someone's place, ask.
2. Don't build bookcases all over the place o_O I can monitor who has built something so I can ban you and mass-delete all of your bookcases whether you're here or not :O
3. Don't waste staircases or (if someone enables them for you) towns, unless it's a tribute to Cow. Statues and monuments are always welcome.
4. Don't explode on people for not enabling your "Make Town" verb. The Mods are for some reason picky and won't enable them for new people, so build something pretty and show them you're competent, or something :O They underestimate how long it takes to use all 35 towns I left room for on the map but meh.

I never check voters. If you're a Byond Member who plays regularly and doesn't add the game to the list when you only have 0-9 things Favorite'd I may make a :( face because I can't afford to bribe people into adding my game to their favorites like other people :O
