Rules:
1.No spamming (chat, jutsu, anything!)
2.No Acad killing
3.No killing in jail(If you relog in prison, .You deal with me.)
4.Don't constantly beg for ranks/village invites. Those are the Kages(And my) choice.
5.Don't interrupt any event at random. Things need to operate smoothly(Results in a world mute)
6.Respect others, lest you want the GMs to disrespect you.
7.Don't bother GMs more than once every 10 minutes. If we heard you, we'll respond.

1.No Blind
2.No Freeze
3.No Spamming
4.No Homing
5.No Invisible
6.No Rest
7.No AoE(Sawarabi no Mai, for example

Kage Rules:
Don't give ranks out easily. Make as hard of reqs as you can.
12 ANBU, 2 ANBU captains per village.
3 Sannin, 1 Sage per village.
6 hunter per village...Yes, I'm limiting hunters b/c Jouro is cheap.

Game Moderation Rules

1.Don't abuse verbs
2.Be as active as possible
2.Listen to the Owners/Co-Owners. They DID give j00 your powers, after all.
4.You also have to follow the pleyer rules to beouse its just not right if you dont.

Requirments:
Genin- Genin Exam.
Chunin- The Chuunin exam.
Jounin- Jounin is auto it will come after chuunin.
Hunter- Be Jounin and get 50 missing kills.
ANBU- Your kage makes you it.
ANBU-CAP- Your kage makes you it.
Sannin- Your kage makes you it.
Kage- Do the kage test.
Org leader- Win it in a tourny.

Joining an org is up to the leader

Fast leveling so these reqs are quite easy to get

VILLAGE JUTSUS :
For you village jutsus you still have to do handsigns but you only have to do one of each handsign and you will get all of you village jutsus.

Rasengan & Chidori:
To get rasengan & chidori the only hand sign you have to do is the ram sign.

(You get all the handsigns at the start of the game)
