1.No attack verbing, Pure RP meaning you type your action in emote and talk in say.
2.Villlage say, Say are to be used for Roleplay, If not Roleplaying in say or vill say then please use brackets around your non RP speach.
3.No god moding meaning you cant say your opponents actions you can set him/her up so u can get them to make the movement.
4.No free ranks they are owned through pur RP Genin exams, Chuunin exams, Jounin exams and Anbu exam
5.Genin, Chuunin, Jounin and Anbu exams are made by your kage who will get a jounin to make one, They get to choose what they want to do like a mission or something.
6.No free ranks will be given it will be through fair RP
7.When making a name it must be RP like if not you will get your name changed please dont be a noob and just choose a non RP name
