It's War of the Worlds! Do you think you have what it takes to survive?

Information:
A Dragon Ball Z PvP game solely based on the planets. There will be a variety of planets to choose from. Don't think you will have to go to war all the time. You only have to if you want to. Going to war will increase stats though, so not going to war is losing out.
