If you have any ideas go to the forums To apply for staff click here Player Rules 1. No Naruto Character Names; this will lead to a Rename, be it your choice or not 2. Respect All Players and Admins, failure to regard this rule willl lead to a mute, a jail or possibly a temporary ban 3. No spamming OOC or say, you will be muted for it (This includes caps lock) 4. No advertising any other games; you will be IPBanned 5. No bug abuse, do this and you will be pwiped and/or banned 6. Do not repetitively ask for Chuunins, if a Admin is on it will most likely will happen. 9. Do not ask for Admin, if we tell you are ready for it, we will give it to you 10. If you are above genin rank, please dont ask for chuunins. Admins will mistake you for a genin, and this can lead to problems during the exam 11. No killing in NONPK Zones. 12. No killing AFK Players, if they go afk without the AFK flag on, go wild. 13. No Multi-key 14. No giving Perfect Mangekyou Sharingan, a message will alert the staff when a mangekyou is stolen.. if someones mangekyou is stolen more then three times they and the three who stole it will be pwiped. Admin Rules 1. All Player rules also apply to you except multi-key. 2. Dont abuse you will lose a level of your Admin each time we hear you have eventually losing your Admin. This also includes ranking yourself up. 3. Dont complain if you lose your Admin abilities. 4. Do everything in your powers to enforce the rules without going over the top. 5. Inflict all rule breakage with the correct punishments, dont make up your own. 6. No teleporting or summoning people 7. No summoning NPC's to you play as if you were a normal player just with more abilities and responsabilities 8. Only summon or teleport to players if they need help 9. No teleport/summon killing 10. Dont abuse announce, only use them for important things that affects the game. 11. Do not enforce any rules on the players other than the ones listed above 12. Do not summon NPCs, this can lead to bad situations 13. No using any staff verb to Player-Kill, unless asked by the player themself 14. No banning/jailing/muting because someone killed you, if you feel like doing this then you do not deserve to be an Admin 15. Do your job! You are an Admin so you can HELP PEOPLE, not play around and use your verbs to do what you like, but to help people! 16. Remember you are a player first, and a Admin second. You were given verbs for the people, by the people. Do not think that because you are Admin, you can do what you wish for this will cost you your position! 17. Follow all the player rules, failure to do so will include the removal of your Admin as well as the punishments following the rule. 18. No giving items out at tournements which were made by the create verb, this will lead to your Adminship being removed 19. No EXCUSES! You will be stripped on the spot! No abuse at all. Kage Rules 1. Only two Sage per village 2. Only three Sannin per village 3. Only 8 ANBU in your village 4. Do not make yourself any of the clans or ANBU to get the jutsus, doing so will remove your Kageship 5. Do not help your villagers during chuunins, doing so will either remove your kageship, or the ability to host Chuunins 6. You may not help players during the chuunin (this includes teleporting, giving scrolls, healing them) 7. You can only be kage of a village if you were born in the village and stayed in that village from Student till Kage. 8.If no Kage in a village but there is a Sage then that Sage becomes the new Kage. 9. Only 2 Anbu Captians in each village, to become a second one, 1 Anbu cap must have 4 anbu under him. Then a Second will be announced 10. Village hopping is allowed, but if the hopper is given jutsu for achiving ranks, such as anbu or anything you will be removed as kage and they will be pwiped. 11. No Feeding: Meaning, making them Anbu.. then Anbu Cap, Then Sannin.. the Anbu... then Anbu cap no.. feeding jutsu. 12. No HTML Names.. if you wish. Ask a GM.. that is all Ranking Policy: The staff of NDOTLS believes that people should rank games only if they love the game and think it deserves to be ranked, and as a result we do not offer rank bonuses. It is important to us that we obtain an honest, fair rank and that our work is gauged and evaluated with integrity; we are against the unfair ranking that rank boosts cause. Because we do not offer ranking bonuses, it is obvious that our rank truly reflects the success and quality of our game, and it shows that we did not have to resort to bribing our players to get to where we are today. All the same, we hope our players will rank our game to support us, but only if they feel we deserve it and if they love our game; not because they were offered cheap in-game advantages.
