GM/GM GM/Player Negotiation Act) Due to recent issues, it appears some GMs have been acting out yet not being punished according to the GM Rule. Incase a debate among Players and GMs or GMs and GMs occurs, all issues must end in some form of negotiating. Banning because one has insulted you, or wants to defy you and debate about an issue, does not make it acceptable. PLEASE Debate your issue so you may negotiate and come to common grounds. Doing this will help prevent mindless bannings and just throwing insults back and forth while abusing your GM verbs (if you are a GM of course) just so it makes you feel like you've won.

Kage Removal Act ) Kages, they are chosen to lead a village. But not all kages are fit. Not all Kages are chosen because you believe they can lead a village, but just because they may have some connections, or high stats. So far the only way for a new kage to stand up is to take down your current Kage in combat. But if your Kages are rude, don't follow their job, or aren't on enough to lead your village they can be removed. Through the Kage removal act you and several villagers may propose to re-elect your Kage through a trial. In this trial you will present why your Kage should be demoted and who should take over, during this trial a jury of GMs or Kages will decide if this is right to do. * In the case your jury is Bias, provide proof and the case will be taken to the main Owner and the Player Moderator/Advisor.

By joining this game, you accept the following terms, if you do not accept any of these, then please do not join...


1) No Advertising of another game, this means please do no direct other players to any other game than this one unless Okayed by a main staff member...

2) No Spamming. This means don't fill the output pane with a constant flood of messages.

3) No capping. Try not to type all your messages in cap locks, thats just annoyig...

4) Begging. Do not ask for ANYTHING to be given to you that is not in reason, sure ask once, but don't keep asking for the same thing 60 times after you've been told no. What is in reason are things like you're bugged, you're stuck, etc. Asking for a GM to start an exam, or give you free things is NOT in reason AT ALL.

5) No flaming. Don't make public fights over main channel, if you have an altercation with a player, direct it into whisper or say, not OOC and Village Chat.

6) Try your best to respect a GM or Kage. GM's are here to be moderators as the name states. They are only here to answer your questions you have about the game or to help you only when you need it. Therefore they deserve some form of respect, but if you notice a GM or Kage may be acting out of power, or odd, report it to their higher ups. * Kages were added to this because they have minor GM verbs, thus they must also abide by the GM rules.

Gm Rules: You're given the job of GM because you're expected to be a Game Moderator, nothing else. You won't get many chances if you do things wrong, so try not to slip up. Do what you think mainstream MMO companies would expect...
