*Training

Walk around in tall grass and attack NPC pokemon, or PVP with players.



*Healing

Just sit in the sanctuary and you will heal :)

*Getting Gold

Head to the cave and click a rock (note: chance of getting injured and dieing)



*Catching Pokemon

Buy pokeballs at the pokemart, then target a pokemon and use the pokeball.
