Kage And Gm Rules:
Do not summon or Tele kill any other player
Do not make someone Anbu, Anbu cap or Sannin more than once, just to get the justus
Do not abuse your power
You can only have 3 Sannin, 1 Anbu Captain and 12 Anbu's per village
