Upon subscribing, you will not be treated special towards the rules. You are required to obey all the rules within the games. If you are banned for rule breaking there is no refund for your purchase. After your term of subscription is up the bill will reaccur, if you do not wish to do this simply unsubscribe. If the original payment has already gone through you will still recieve your term for subscription.
If you were banned and feel that it was unnessory. Contact max2078@live.com with the title "[GameName] Ban Complaint". Then give the name of the Admin which banned you and the reason they supplied for banning you. You will be contacted back as soon as possible. Please be patient though. It may take some time.
