Rules:

[12] Multi-clanning is prohibited and will lead to possible perm ban.
[13]Dont Ask more then once to be in a Org, This will get you muted.
[14] Do not bug abuse, you will bee banned.

First offence: Warning
Second Offence: Boot
Third offence: Temp Ban
Fourth Offence: Perm Ban
(Some offences may lead to a Ban without warning )
GM Rules

Genin: Make the exam or ask your kage to make you a genin.
Chuunin: Pass the exam or ask your kage. But If prefer to pass the exam, so you can get CS or a demon.
Jounnin: Level 2000 then ask your Kage or a Gm if one is online.
ANBU: Depends on your kage's req.
Sannin: Depends on your kage's req(only 3 for each vill).
Kage: Win a Tourney for the spot or Challenge your kage for his spot Or level 6k
Org. Leader: Win the tourney.
Org. Member: Ask the leader.
Kage Challenges:(You must be in the same village as your kage to challenge him)
You must fight 2 of his Sannin or 2 of highest rank if you beat them then u fight the kage best 2 out of 3(This goes for Org leaders too)
