We are currently hosting a 3.9.5c version of NUR and working out the bugs and gramitical errors before we go any futher with the progression of the game.

In-Game Rules:
1) Respect the GMs that are in the game. They are there to help you, but please refrain from spamming them.(May result in Ban depending upon the GM)

2) Respect other players that are in the game. Do not try and deal with them in your own way. (Resulting in a Mute)

3) No discriminatory comments are allowed, what-so-ever. Such as Racist or Sexist comments. (Ban or Mute depending upon the Severity of the slur)

4) Excess use of vulgar language will not be tolerated. You will be muted. (Each GM has his or her own view of excessive.)

5) Simply put Spamming/Flooding is not Allowed. (Instant Mute)

6) This is an English based game so let’s keep it in English.

7) Advertising is NEVER Allowed and is delt harshly with a Ban.

8) Repeated use of capital letters will result in a mute or boot, dependent upon the GM.

9) Do not avoid punishments, you have done something wrong so please kindly take the resulting Punishment. This WILL result in a Ban.

10) We are understandable, Sex related topics are fun to talk about, but please there are small children that play our game so please keep it to a minimum, or if you must, talk about it via the Personal Message. Over exertion of such topics can result in a mute.

11) Impersonating a GM is a serious offence. Our GMs use only their GM given keys to moderate the game. If found impersonating a GM, you will be banned, permanently,

12) The distribution of any exam answers is not allowed in anyway, (i.e: MSN, AIM, PM, etc.) if caught you can be banned.

13) No in-Anime names are allowed no matter how they are spelt (i.e: NaRuTo, N4RUt0, etc.), if you have one you will be given a rename prompt, and your name will be changed.(If in-game name is picked twice a ban is possible)

14) Do not complain about any judgement that an Exam hoster gives you. You must take it admirably. (Please be aware that every Exam Host may host differently. This includes judgments)

15) Do not abuse any glitch/bug you may find in the game, report it instead on the forum or to a GM in-game.


GM Rules:
1) Do not abuse your verbs in any way. They were not given to you to play around with or to have fun. If caught, various punishments will be given, depending on the severity of the abuse.

2) Do not threaten a player or fellow GM with your verbs or position.

3) Do your job: Answer questions, help players in game/on the forums, link to important topics for new players, etc. Keep yourself occupied rather than sitting and doing nothing.

4) Follow the same rules you enforce. You are not exempt from player rules just because you are in a position of power.

5) Do not give anyone Special treatment no matter whom they are, you must treat everone equaly with the same punishment etc.

Ranking Policy:
The staff of NUR believes that people should rank games only if they love the game and think it deserves to be ranked, and as a result we do not offer rank bonuses. It is important to us that we obtain an honest, fair rank and that our work is gauged and evaluated with integrity; we are against the unfair ranking that rank boosts cause.
Because we do not offer ranking bonuses, it is obvious that our rank truly reflects the success and quality of our game, and it shows that we did not have to resort to bribing our players to get to where we are today. All the same, we hope our players will rank our game to support us, but only if they feel we deserve it and if they love our game; not because they were offered cheap in-game advantages.
