Breeder Ranks(breeeders get rare starters so its good to be them)

Cool Breeder(15 breeders)
Intermedite Breeder(35 custtomers)
Baby Sitter(65 customers)
Specified Breeder(breed at least 15 of the same type and 80 customers)
Elite Breeder(100 customers)

Gyms Rules:
1)all gyms cannot make there own rules until u hav beaten 10 trainers until then u follow these rules
1 on 1 battles
no more than six pokemon and no subsitions agianst trainers
also u msut first become a gym leader to become an elite four memeber there will also be only 4 spots so four gym leaders will stay gym leaders and the other four will be replaced
