Rules
1. Do not use Caps in OOC first will be warning then boot then Ban.
2. Do not Spam Clones if you are caught doing this you will be immidiatly Banned
3. Respect GMs if you dont then you will be warned and given a second chance then boot then ban
4. Do not ask for Ranks if we want to give you a Rank we will give it to you
5. Don't ask for GM unless you have applied
6. do not name yourself after a NPC
7. if your a Kage for more than 3 days and you dont log on you will be replaced
8. do not ask Owners for stuff our Gm's are there so bug them
9. Do not ask for a Tournament we will host one when we feel like it.

8. Dont ask gm's for name changes ask once and if we say NO ITS FINAL!
10. No Repeatedly asking for Higher Rank or GM.
11. No Disrespecting GMs.
12. Multikeying Not Allowed. (Two Keys online at once in same house)
13. No Spamming. (Boot then IP Ban)
14. No noob killing. (Academy Students)
15. Don't ask for a GM summon.
16. No Calling for a GM More than Once Or a Boot/Then Ban. If we do not acknowledge you we are busy or we are not ready to come to you or summon you or we are simply not even there.
17. Don't ask for A Higher Rank.
18. DO NOT Mass Recreate, you will Get booted then Banned.
19. DO NOT Mass Relog, you will Get booted then Banned.
20. DO NOT ask to be put in an Organization by a Gm.
21. DO NOT spam jutsus/OCC
22. Do not ask to become a Sannin, Sage Or an ANBU by a Gm. That is the Kage's Honor and the Kage's Decision.
23. NO asking for items or an edit
24. No Afk Training.
25. BUT REMEMBER HAVE FUN!!! :)
GM Rules:
1. Do not Abuse your powers if you are caught doing so you will be immediatly Banned
2. Don't use your GM powers to threaten other players. most things can be solved without them but if it comes to it then use them
3. Don'g give certain players special treatment and give them things that they shouldn't have if you are caught you will be stripped of your stats
4. Do your job. Answer questions, and help players if they need it
5. NO GM's GET ANY SPECIAL TREATMENT. NO MATTTER WHAT YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO THESE RULES. YOU AS HIGHER AUTHORITY WILL HAVE NO WARNING. JUST FIRED. NO MATTER WHAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR THE GAME.
6. GM's are not allowed to tele kill or summon kill if u do well u know what happens...
Kage/Org. Leader Rules
1. Player Rules apply to you too
2. If you abuse your powers in any way you will be Perm. Banned
3. Only 1 ANBU-CAP, 3 Sannin, and 5 Anbu are allowed
Challenging Org Leaders And Kages:
1.You Can challenge an Org Leader/Kage For their Spot Only once per day and they must accept at least once a day if they are challenged
2.You can only challenge someone if they are the leader of your village/Organization.
3.If someone becomes a Kage/Org Leader in the same day, You must wait at least 5 Days before u can challenge them.
